VARIETY: 95% Tempranillo 5% blended.

CONTAINER SIZE: 75cl
HARVESTING: Mainly bush pruned then harvested into 200kg containers.
FLAVOUR INTENSITY: Acidity 2. Body 3. Nasal variance.
PRODUCTION: The wine is naturally fermented for approximately one week at 25 deg. C to maintain its aromas. It is then fermented in tanks and matured another four months in French Oak Barrels before bottling.
AROMA: Blackberries, Licorice, Red Berries, Plums.
PAIRING: A classic, elegant wine with sweetness and harmonic acidity which pairs well with tapas, chorizo, ham and potatoes.
