E L A B O R A T I O N
In the winery, the grape is selected by hand to complete a ligh cold
fermentation and later make a slow fermentation at 23 ºC. Finally, the
wine has been aged in French oak barrels for 24 months and rounded in
bottle.
A R O M A
Its vivacity and acidity typical of our mountain vineyards, make a great
combination with sheep cheese and veal meets such as sirloin.
