PRODUCTION: The grapes are cold crushed to extract the natural colours,  fermented in French oak barrels and then aged for six months. 

THE AROMA/NOSE: Eucalyptus, Strawberry, Cherry and Plum. 

PAIRING: Full of vitality and strength, this wine combines perfectly with hard  cheeses, or desserts made from dark chocolate.
